Patient Portal Quick Tips

Tip #1 – Messaging:  Use the “Message the Office” link. Do not use the “ask customer service” link.

Tip #2 – Scheduling:  Use the “Schedule an appointment” link. Do not use the “Request an appointment” link

Tip #3 – Can’t find an appointment:  Some patients may not have access to appointment scheduling until after their next visit. If you can’t schedule an appointment or find a time that works for you, please send a message via the patient portal.

Tip #4 – Billing: Do not use the “Billing Account Summary” page.  Please contact ASTAT billing: 401-723-5533.
